* Please check items carefully. All claims for damage or missing items must be received with twenty-four hours of payment for service.

* Duke's Tailor are not responsible for any garments left over 7 days of the due date/pick-up date.

* No Refund will be made once alteration has been performed on customers clothing. If not completely satisfied, please return garment within 48 hours with receipt for correction.

* If not satisfied, Duke's Tailor will try to correct problem to satisfaction at our discretion.

* Payment: Credit card (Master Card/Visa card only). We no longer accept check.All alterations fees must be paid at the time of the fitting.
