* Please check items carefully. All claims for damage or missing items must be received with twenty-four hours of payment for service. |
|
* Duke's Tailor are not responsible for any garments left over 7 days of the due date/pick-up date. |
|
* No Refund will be made once alteration has been performed on customers clothing. If not completely satisfied, please return garment within 48 hours with receipt for correction. |
|
* If not satisfied, Duke's Tailor will try to correct problem to satisfaction at our discretion. |
|
* Payment: Credit card (Master Card/Visa card only). We no longer accept check. |
|
* We ask our customers courtesy to verify all garments are clean before you bring in for alteration. We will not accept dirty or smell garments. |

* Customer is responsibilities to ask for price quote. We encourage our customers to ask for price quote before we perform alteration on your garments. |
|
* Most alterations turn around time are three or four days. We have rush and same service available. *Excluded formal dress and wedding attire. |
